What this is showing us is we have got the name of the company, and then we have got some crucial bit of information for people visiting the site to know. Take a look at a couple of other websites examples and what you need to start thinking about is what is your focus area for your website. What does your company do is the main thing, and the very first thing that people need to know when they visit your website. Because that’s what you need to do when you’re building your site is to figure out what the most important thing for people. When they first land on your site, you only have a few moments to capture their attention. You want them to know that they’re in the right place, so go ahead and take a look at some more examples.
Now, we will talk about various different things about the design of our example website. So here we are on the adobe website, and we can see there are some images. All those images are showing various colorful fantasy types of graphics, so clearly this site does something with creativity. And, of course, Adobe is all about creating software and tools for creative creators around the globe. So, they’re giving the viewer the most important thing about their business right at the front, and we can see that in images and texts or what professional marketing people call the copy. Another thing we want to look at is the colors they use on this website. You can see there are very few colors used and we think that’s what makes design look really good and elegant.
